I went online a found a 20% off coupon. When you text to the number given, the coupon turned out to be 15% off. I went to the store and found the shoes I wanted. I went to the register and showed the coupon on my phone to the cashier. I was told that the coupon is not valid on sale items (most of the store is on sale). I told him that their website said nothing about sale items and they should honor the coupon. The cashier told me that he could charge me full price and use the coupon. I did this and saved less than if they had honored the coupon. When I told him that I would go to the website and leave a comment that the coupon was not good on sale items, I was told that they were not responsible for their website. The lady standing next to the cashier (I assume the owner) told me and I quote, "You don't have to buy them here, In fact, why don't you just go somewhere else." Wow! Really!
