Lake Interiors took good care of us with our bedroom/bathroom remodel. And I can say without reservation that they stand by their products and craftsmanship. We had some intricate tile work done and it turned out beautiful. The tile setters were skilled and attentive to detail. We had Lake Interiors install new carpet in our hallways and bedrooms, as well, and we hired their team to move the heavy furniture and tear out the old carpet. These guys were fast, careful, and accommodating. When they discovered a defect in our subfloor that needed to be fixed before installing the carpet they were able to take care of it right there and then (it helped that we had the necessary materials on site from the recent remodel). They also moved an extremely heavy piece of furniture into a tight space for us--above and beyond my expectations. The carpet layer did a superb job and we're very happy with the results. I appreciated the insights of the consultant I worked in the showroom with when it came to selecting carpet grade/type. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Be advised, because they are so busy communication and scheduling can be a bit of a challenge.
