Heat pump repair. I believed my heat pump wasn’t working correctly. Scheduled an appointment online and Mechelle reached out to me within minutes. Not only to schedule the appt but to make sure we were safe and warm. Gave me an emergency contact number for over the weekend, and John came out first thing Monday morning to service. On time and explained everything and how it works. Tested everything and spent the time going through the unit, even though it was just cold weather related and I wasn’t familiar with how the units in deep cold works. John answered all our questions so nicely and didn’t try to up-sale us in anything. We loved our service so much that we asked for a yearly maintenance to keep our old unit going strong. I have a 20+year old system here on Lake Chelan. Lakeside did the initial installation in 2004. We have not done any maintenance on our system, which we should’ve been doing. Our system failed this year after 20 years and the Lakeside crew tried to piece it together and make it work but the system was too old and eventually failed.

Today I had them install a new system. The servicemen were very kind, polite, and respectful. The new system was installed and is working beautifully. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the new control system. I feel very comfortable working with Lakeside from this point on.
