Don’t expect reliability from kph home. He does not pay his subcontractors, uses the cheapest ones so they cut corners, he is being sued by some vendor from Texas too, his subs will leave half way in to work and no one will show up for months, very disorganized , poor communication with people working, once gets paid will not respond to warranty issues, used wherein Williams cheap paint which should be used for “cookie cutter cheap homes” not on customer homes. If you are losing with Khamir make sure to review the contract , put limit on how long it will take and what will be penalty if I he does not finish on time, remove arbitration clause, must be able to sue him.

I know few who had problems like water leak , tiles coming off , design mistakes ( like roof blocking second floor window do window has to be like what you will have in prison , high and small so can’t even look out side from kids bed room)

For example Rober shiver is one of 5 star reviewer below if you scroll down. He is AC Installer and after he did my home he was telling me Khamir owes him money and he will not pay him so he won’t work with him anymore and I had to be persistent and push Mr shiver to fix the faulty AC install, one of the unit failed before even move in.

It took Khamir 3.5 years to finish out 5500 sq feet home and final paint actually we had to hire painter and get finished.

He never even did gfobsl clean of the house...

I don't usually share reviews with the community unless the business I am dealing with made an impactful impression on me either positively or otherwise. In this case working with KHP Luxury Green Homes and Its President/Engineer Khamir as well as their Project manager and all their team has left me with fresh, renewed faith in the Home Building Business. KHP has built my Beach Home on Sunset Beach in Treasure Island. They were a real pleasure to work with. They listened and were very sensitive to our needs and went above and beyond what I expected. Khamir is an ocean of knowledge on building with Steel Sips. After living in our home for nearly six months now I can truly attest that this Green Home is energy efficient as we are almost to June and haven't felt the need to turn the Air Conditioner on to cool our home. I will keep you posted on how far we can go into the summer before we turn it on. In conclusion, I am saving a lot of money in energy expenditure, the home so far is standing like a rock and I have never been as happy with any other contracting company. KHP Homes built us a great little detached in-law home. We were nervous because we have never built a house before, but the owner and staff were very friendly, patient and knowledgeable through the complete process. They helped us come up with the design and gave many ideas and recommendations throughout the build. The house had to be built at a pretty quick pace so my mother in-law could move in by a certain date. They met the date and were true to their quote. The best part about the build was they always kept me informed of the schedule and answered whenever i had a question. They will be first on my list if i build again or need a remodel.
