Capri Pizza-N-More — Restaurant in Florida

Sent my 16 yr old in to pick-up our carry- out order and he arrived home with the sodas missing. I ordered online the a wrap and 2 slice deal which come with sodas. When I called to inquire about it to see if I could pick up our sodas the rude owner got loud with me over the phone. Stating it is the customer’s responsibility to grab the drinks for their own orders but no where in the store or on the online order page was this stated. She literally expected a 16 yr old boy to know this wrapped up order ready to go was his responsibility to locate the drinks that were far to the right of the checkout his job. If this was the case why can I select my drink online if I grab what I want in your store? Make it make sense , her reaction is the stuff you see on those cooking shows that show why businesses fail. Instead of saying you are more than welcome to pick up your missing items she wanted to find blame and take away her responsibility. I sent a child to do an adult job( because I had Covid , I did the right thing not going myself) and this business definitely needs...

The descriptions and photos of the menu items on the web site don’t match what is actually served. When I called seeking clarification after bringing home a take out order and finding that it didn’t meet the expectations set by the web site, I was met with excuses and contempt instead of a simple apology and acknowledgement that the web site is misleading and could use some adjustments.

The baked ziti (was actually penne) is quite dry and does not include a sauce or meatball as it is so vividly described on the site. I was told that the description on the site is of the lunch special baked ziti, but it doesn’t say that anywhere in the page. And why would the cheaper lunch special version be better than the more expensive dinner entree?

The fettuccine Alfredo lacks cheese and tastes like unsalted heavy cream. The site states the “famous” dish is made with butter and Parmesan, but it was mostly cream.

Not a great experience. Better off going to Olive Garden or picking up a box of pasta and jar of sauce at Publix...

Not your typical pizza place.... this is a fantastic Italian restaurant with lots of authentic and fresh options. We have not tried anything that didn't surpass our expectations.

#1 Mozzarella Sticks.... get the 10 pc. We are from WI... we know cheese, and these deliciously battered, flavorful cheese sticks will make you hoard them all to yourself. Top grade. Best we've had.

#2 Garlic knots. How much flavor can u fit in a knot? Apparently, a lot.

#3 Eggplant Parm sub.... wow... just wow. As a vegetarian, it is rare to find a warm sub without meat.... and this eggplant was way better than any fancy Italian restaurant. Tip... get the pickles!

#4 Buffalo Chicken pizza.... Hubby said it was superb. His go-to pizza here. Meat lovers is also great.

#5 Mediterranean salad. These are nice big salads, and they dont skimp on ingredients in quantity or freshness. Another blessing as a vegetarian.
