Never I ever had a bad experience with Kelly and Jenny they are amazing or the nail salon till Kevin did my pedicure and try to attempt to do my nails. He was rushing through painting my toes and extremely rushing putting acrylic nail on. I ask him nicely to please slow down because the tool he used for my nail bed was burning me and he said he would but then ignored my request and proceeded. My shape I ask for as well was not coming out correctly after I ask him to fix it. I then ask him to stop and just take the acrylic off kindly then he got mad and upset took off the acrylic aggressively. As soon as my fiancée paid, Kevin is trying to argue and ask questions why I didn’t like it after I explained to him multiple times what he needed to fix. Maybe he couldn’t hear because he was such in a rush. Also, staring at my face rolling his eyes. Never have I EVER had this problem until he took care of my nails and feet. I will NEVER come back EVER AGAIN and don’t ever get your nails or feet...

I got my nails done about a week ago with Jenny. I paid and tipped 20% because she was super nice, but the shaping was not good and it only lasted about a week of people constantly telling me that my nails did not look good before I went to take them off. Now, also keep in mind. I am not the type to complain. If my nails don’t look good, I just simply won’t return. I chose to soak them off at home and the acrylic got super gooey and sticky once I kept them out of the acrylic soak for one minute, they hardened back up which means the salon uses acrylic with MMA in it. MMA is illegal because of how harmful it is and how bad it could cause allergic reactions, eats away at your nail bed, and can make the tips of your fingers go numb. It’s cheaper than other options, which makes sense why salons still use it. I normally don’t write reviews, but I felt like I had to in this case because I have never experienced this while soaking my acrylic...

I REALLY wanted to like this place as it does have some positives. It’s clean & they are usually on time, when you have an appointment. However this morning I made an appointment for 5:30 for full set/pedi. I’m called at almost 11:am am told in order to have Kelly do my nails I have to be there before 1:00pm. So not only is that over 4 hours from my appointment time they agreed to, but I have to drop all I’m doing and have my service rushed cause she’s leaving. That’s extremely unprofessional & inconsiderate. Especially since even if I make an appointment with specific person it doesn’t guarantee you get that person. Unfortunately the pedicures are rushed and Kelly in my opinion is only one who can do designs, & coffin shaped nails to my liking. I unfortunately won’t be back. It’s not a horrible place, just expect to have your pedicures rushed, your appointment cancelled/changed on you last minute, & not get the requested staff...
