I have been with this personal store for over 2 years now. I never had an issue at first, they were great! However, these past 8 months now I have had nothing but problems! The main problem is the communication. The communication between team members is absolutely terrible! I have been contacted NUMEROUS times at work for non payments that are automatically withdrawn from my account. Iāve asked that they pull the payment after 8:30 am to ensure this doesnāt happen again, but the problem persists! Iāve also reached out by phone asking to switch a bed frame because mine was to large, I found one I liked and was told to come into the store 40 mins away to get it ordered, I get there and was told the complete opposite and that Iād have to order online. So I leave to order online and it says to call the store to complete the order. I call and IM TOLD I am not able to order online because of an item I have. I donāt understand what is so hard about communication and why I couldnāt of been told when I was AT the store that I was wasting my time. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe lady who helped me was super nice. They had a new guy working on tagging stuff in the"wearhouse" part and so a few items were tagged with the wrong numbers. Therefore i was only approved for a certain amount of "credit" or what ever its called. So i was only able to get a used window ac unit until after 60 days and my "allowance" went up. Being that i had paid for the unit and did the whole new customer process by the time i went outside to have them load it in the car the guy had noticed that the used one was nowhere to be found and that some of the irems were tagged wrong. Now instead of the lady and gentlemen denying me and doing a full refund and all that l. They went in my file and updated the numbers on the ac and in turn gave me a BRAND NEW FANCY AIR CONDITIONER it texts my phone and tells me the humidity level in my house. I can raise or lower them temp so the house is nice for when i get home from work. The team was wonderful.and the young man who was only on his 3ed day a at this job was +apologizeinbut he went threw and did everything to fix his mistake. So i definitely recommend the buffalo...

I put in an order a week ago that was suppose to be delivered yesterday never happened. I spoke to them several times on the phone yesterday and they told me over and over that it was being delievered. Long story short i called when they opened this morning and got the same story. I was the first one to be delievered. Everytime i called today they put me on hold for over 20 mins at a time. It is now 712 pm and no product and no call no nothing. U would think that they would want to deal with people that pay their bills. Well instead they lost almost 600 a month cause they can come get all their stuff die to them...
