
I've always had bad knees and a few months ago I yet again injured my knee. This time was a reality check that I needed to make some lifestyle changes which I decided meant getting a personal trainer to help build muscle in order to protect the longevity of my joints. I found West Chester Fitness Club online and was skeptical but liked all the great reviews on the website which included people recovering from injuries. When I first met Ben I knew immediately just from the words he used about the body and working out that he was legit. After going there for only about 2 months I'm addicted! I've been limited to my leg workouts because of my injury but what Ben has had me work on even my Orthopedic Surgeon said that he must be good if he's getting me to do strength exercises while keeping to the strict healing restrictions set for me. The gym and equipment is like none I've used before, and personal training is brought to a whole new level considering not only do they really care about your personal goals but you literally have the gym to yourself during a session! If I could go every day I would! And once my injury is fully in the clear I plan to start joining in on the group boot camp classes too!
