We just had the most fabulous, intimate chocolate making experience with Heather, the owner, and her assistant. It was incredibly organized. They said they were new to offering classes but you wouldn’t have guessed it. We we able to make and decorate truffles, mold chocolates and dip and decorate caramels. It was a well-paced class with Heather quickly transitioning us from one activity to the next during the two hour period. We loved packaging up our goodies for ourselves or to gift to others. This is hands down the best chocolate shop. My husband usually surprises me with a box when he’s on deliveries and I can say I’ve only had quality pieces.
