Nick Nack's — Local services in West Hanover Township

Went for the first time yesterday with my wife. The place is really cool! Having Pokemon cards cataloged from commons all the way up is the best part. I can make an order of random cards I want, and scoop them up later. This shop will also give you credit for trade in on just about everything (from what I understand). So I can bring in my duplicates, or unwanted cards, get a value for trade and put the credit towards a list I have already made of their stock…. Perfect.

The fact that this store is in a repurposed bank is the cherry on top, I just think it’s fun.

The guys that were behind the counter were very nice and welcoming and the impression I got is that they just love trading cards. The store is clean, and great for kids as well. Found some other goodies for my kids as well while shopping around.

It is an amazing place to spend your time, there are many people at the shop who works hard to make people feel welcome. From having pizza delivered during tournaments or having community events where certain people bring in food and feeds the entire store at the time. There are even people willing to spend their hard earned money by helping new customers get card packs or sitting down to teach them rules for games. Yes some of the regulars can get rowdy but the owner always keeps them in line. He will pull people aside to talk with them one on one and make sure issues are addressed. There are rare times he must ban Certain Agressive Townsfolk but this rarely ever happens because most people if a little loud are well meaning and try to foster a community environment. Nick Nacks is awesome. It’s my sons favorite place on earth and the owner really, like really really knows his stuff and is a terrific dude. He has gone above and beyond on several occasions to help me find rare and exotic items, imports, and all sorts of stuff for my boy and I’ve been a customer since nick nacks start. If you or your kids are into Pokémon, D&D, magic TG, comics and basically whatever else Mikes a great friendly shop to go to.

Not sure why people would think the staff wasn’t helpful…….I’ve been in his shops probably 100 times over the years. I mean….it’s one guy…and he’s a small business owner making it in the world…….reviewer sounds...
