I had an amazing experience at this salon. I walked in an hour before close, hoping they might be able to squeeze me in to get my nails filled as I had them done less than 2 weeks prior at a different salon. I was greeted immediately, and I told them I was hoping I could get my nails filled. I was told it would be about a 35 to 40 minute wait, which was totally fine by me since I was a walk-in. I waited in the seating area for a few minutes before being told I could sit in a massage chair while I waited which was great because I definitely needed it! When they were ready for me I explained the problems with my nails that had occurred at the salon I had gotten them done at previously (A different salon not this one) including both my pink nails being drilled down too deep and how the paint and the over all acrylic nail just wasn't good there was bubbles everywhere and it was horrible I also let her know my skin around my nails is very delicate and she made sure to be careful since I had a previous experience at a different salon of having the skin on my pink literally filled off to the point I started bleeding. Lily was my nail tech and she is so amazing super friendly and welcoming (she's also the one who greeted me) she paid a lot of attention to the shape of the nails and was careful with all the filing her precision is amazing and her color matching is perfect! If you're new to the area I definitely recommend going to this salon but if you want an appointment with lily be sure to call and set up an appointment with her!

Update: I've been coming here for 2 years now and Lily always does an amazing job and is always up for trying new designs with me. I can't...

To say I'm upset is an understatement. Paid for the upgraded pedicure with extended leg massage and there was no leg massage. It was 30 mins and the fastest pedi ever. My HANDS look worse than when I went in. The guy was clearly frustrated with me, because I used 2 images to show what I wanted (to make sure I was clear) between him answering the phone, cashing people out (then working on my hands which is unsanitary), and being angry with me I literally sat there and was trying not to cry. I said probably 10 times I wanted glitter foil/flakes and pink and white ombre with glitter. With TWO pics showing this...my colors look like I smoke, they're a disgusting yellow and white color, not pink and white, and no glitter in the ombre. He said oh that was supposed to go underneath. Yes, thats why i said it so many times.I ended up settling for cheetah print and as the pic shows...he kind of just gave up. Not ONCE did he dust my hands off or wipe away the glue. My hands are in SO much pain. He was angry and kept pulling on my fingers after i told him i had a tissue disorder and applogized that my fingers dont bend like others. I'm hoping in good faith some of my money can be returned to me and that the owner reaches out. Especially since I had to go buy Neosporin for my cut after. Spending...

I'm basically new in the area and I been going to this place actually keep giving the chance over and over. Today I defenetly gave up. I can't talk about other nails tech, only about Tracie#4, she always makes my toes bleed not only that she has no care for advice on nails. She just doesn't care. I went today to get my nails done for a special day, my daughter's wedding and is terrible that I have to keep this nails work . At the end even that she knew the colors were going good together she told me, but you have a dark color for the gold design. Not even a design apparently she has no knowledge about designing. Not mention that my toes don't match my hands. Just be aware of nail techs that are extremely rude and doesn't prest any attention to the client. Also always talking in her language to her co worker's. No attention to you!!!! I would never go back!! Thanks for ruined my...
