Was sitting in Wawa parking area and it is 3:27 am. Had been sitting here for about 45 mi s doing some work on my laptop because spectrum has free outdoor WiFi at this intersection (not Wawa’s Internet) and I didn’t want to jam up a parking space so I parked in the far corner of the lot against a non-painted curb and did my work. Mind you this is always where I go to get gas and had filled up there earlier about 2 hours ago. So it’s not like I don’t do business here. I was getting ready to leave and decided I would walk in to buy a drink, snack and use the restroom. I kept my car parked where it was and walked the distance up to the store. As I was walking in, all the employees are standing in front of the store smoking and as I walk up a guy name “LT” says, hey that’s not a parking space. I brushed it off and thought he was kidding and then he said it again, and I was like you are joking right? And he said No, you’ve been sitting there for nearly an hour and that’s not a parking space. It is 330am and literally the store is dead with no one else around. This was obvious because every employee was standing outside smoking.
I went off and was like dude I was coming in to make a purchase as I am not a loiterer and do quite a bit of business here all the time, I just don’t like using up your parking spaces for people that are just running in and out. Most places like having clean law biding citizens sitting at there business these hours of the night because it deters theft and crime the more normal people there are around.
I plan to contact Wawa corporate about the incident and even took pictures of where I was parked to put the whole thing into perspective.

Read moreUpdate 17 Jan 2023: I cannot believe I still have issues with this location. I have the WAWA app and it said I had a reward for a free latte (any size, hot or cold). Bring up app, order the latte, go up to counter, guy rings it up, I show him the barcode (keep in mind, once you redeem it, it only last 15 mins and then expires). He scans it and says "It wont redeem." I said try again as you can see on the redeem screen it shows any size hot/cold latte any type. He tries again, and says "It wont redeem, that will be $4.35." I said, dude, you just cost me $4.35 because this has been redeemed and will expire in 15 minutes. He just looked at me and said "sorry, that will be $4.35". Not, let me get my manager, not let me override, nothing. I have had more bad customer service at this location than any other store I've ever been in. I am asking anyone who reads this review to step up, and give them a honest review each time they do good or bad, because nothing will change if you don't. I have over 5,500,000 views of my reviews and so I am hoping to influence people to try and solve the problem at this location. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
This seems to be the only WaWa in town that I have continual problems with iced coffees ( the main reason I visit). Today I ordered a 32 oz sugar free caramel iced coffee and got a 24 oz cup of colored water that did not have any ice and tasted like sugar, not sugar free. I ORDERED the roasted chicken burrito bowl and when I got it it was chicken, lettuce and chedder cheese sauce that's it!!!! its a $12 bowl and that's what I got. it was supposed to have rice, beans, chicken, salasa, lettuce, sour cream and advacodo so I was very upset. I called the store and the manager hung up on me then when I called back he put the phone down and ignored me!!! I was upset when I first called but he first told me there wasn't much he could do since I didn't have a ride to the store so that's when I raised my voice but I did not swear at him or anything like that I just raised my voice and he hung up on me and made me furious his customer service skills are horrible and if he's a manager and he thinks that's how a regular customer should be treated he should be firec. I am never going to wawa again this is the second time there has been an issue with my order. so since I have no way to get to your store I had nothing for dinner. I'm so unsatisfied with wawa and a $5 credit is not going to cut it this time.
