I’ve been shopping here for around 6 months on and off since I stopped smoking cigarettes. They’ve always been kind and helpful. This week I went in because the disposable vape that I’ve been using loses its flavor really quickly and I was looking for something new, however since I stopped smoking, I’ve only ever tried (and liked) one flavor in particular. The one guy was kindly giving me feedback on other vapes and flavors and encouraged me to try a new one and I was so scared it was almost ridiculous. He kept reassuring me that I wouldn’t be disappointed in the one that he was suggesting but both of the employees that day told me that there was also something to be said about knowing what I like, too. So I bought the new one and he told me to even try it there, which I did, and I said that I didn’t hate it (which is HUGE for me). Needless to say, 4 days later, I LOVE this new one and it’s so much better than what I was using prior. Hi, i am trying to quit smoking and new to vaping. Today i came to the store and needed to buy coils, but i did not have my Voo Poo Drag 2 device with me. I told the employee what device i had and he showed me coils he said would work. I told him that the coils i already had were bigger and i googled the kind of coils it took and showed him the results which was a u2 coil. He then insisted that the coils he had would work so i bought them and tried to fit them in my device at home. They didnt fit so i came back with my device and showed him. He then gave me a u2 coil, the kind i showed him i needed in the first place, but he said he could not give me a refund for the coils he sold me earlier since i opened them. I find this ridiculous since i told him i wasnt sure if these coils would work and showed him the kind i needed, the ones that eventually he sold me after he sold me the wrong ones. The wrong ones were a 5 pack called Voo Poo Pnp-VM4 and around 20 bucks. I understand i opened them, but i think a refund is fair considering he sold me the wrong product after i showed him the ones i needed. This...

Absolutely fantastic experience. I had been using gas station vape pens for months and the cartridges would only last a day or two. I was paying 10 dollars every 2-3 days for cartridges that weren't very strong and would deplete rapidly, sometimes buy the end of the day that I bought them! He was extremely knowledgeable about the product, and took the time to explain all of it's features, AND gave me a step by step demonstration on how to maintain and operate it.
