Got there on time they told me my braider had emergency and she won’t be here until 2pm(my appointment was at11am, mind you they didn’t tell me this till I got there and makes me wait over 45 mins) Nina apologized and agreed on returning my deposit. Not only I wasted my time and gas money without getting the service, Nina didn’t give me back my money. It’s been 3 weeks now. I’ve been calling her my calls go straight to mail box this is insane. Nina, the owner, makes herself very accessible and convenient to any and all clients that come into the shop. Not only is she available but very professional, kind and accommodating to all. The prices are beyond fair and the wigs are the best quality I’ve seen by far in years!
