Great service! This was our first year needing a linen rental and it will NOT be our last. The linens were waiting for us at house when we arrived (just as I was notified via text message prior to arrival). The quality of the sheets and towels were top notch the service from ordering to delivery to return was seamless and uneventful. The entire house wants to return to the same property for 2021, with additional family following the subsequent week, so we all will be repeat customers. Well done! Parking permit is not clear, it would have been nice to know the extreme amount of cars at this house rental. Also the host needs to alert her customers if you bring a car to island you need reservations for car coming and going we almost did not get a return. The house is very nice , could use air in kitchen! As you rent linens let guests know you have pillows, mattress pads and kitchen towels. My cost was crazy high without this knowledge . The host could add this and make it much easier for her guests. Also after cleaning team left it would have been nice to have had a cool house to walk into , to unpack and learn how to ready things. We made our first family trip to Martha's Vineyard this past July and had the best experience with Martha's Linen Rental! Everything went as expected with the delivery to our Vineyard Haven rental and the linen counts were perfect. The sheets were high quality and super soft. They were colored coded with different colored stitching for each bed size so it was easy to make the beds when we were in a hurry at bedtime. The linens were laundered in scent-free detergent, which is very important to our family. The bath and beach towels were great quality and size as well.
