I found the salon and Andrew online just by chance. The reviews were really good for both the salon and Andrew. My daughter and I went yesterday. Only 2nd haircuts for both of us since Covid and always scared to try someone new but we both left super happy. The salon was very nice. The staff was very welcoming. Andrew came out and greeted us both. My daughter went first. She goes between curly hair and straight hair but with Covid has been embracing her curly hair. Andrew talked with her about what she wanted and showed her a few things to help with her hair. She came out loving it and couldn't stop talking about it. I was next and Andrew also took the time with me to make sure we were both on the same page for my haircut. Since Covid have stopped coloring my hair and letting my gray grow out. Turns out my husband likes it better than it being colored. Andrew didn't disappoint. He gave me the best haircut I have had in a really long time. My daughter and I have finally find a new stylist that we both love. Only thing I felt bad about was when I checked out I didn't know I couldn't leave a tip on my credit card for Andrew. I went here and had the worst haircut of my life. DO NOT GO HERE. I have gone here for a long time and every time I am more unsatisfied, today drew the line. They hire unworthy hairdressers with little expirience. I told the hairstylist that I wanted a little bit cut of just so that I can see, this man cut off more than an inch of my hair, and my hair isn’t very long. I have my hair swept to the side flat on my forehead (I’m a guy). Now I can’t even move my hair at all. I tried to explain to the hair dresser that it was too short and that I couldn’t do what I had done with my hair before, he just stood there and said he didn’t understand. I first started seeing Leslie as I followed her to here from Beautique...then she left and I panicked. I am very senstive about my hair and how it gets cut, I have had bad haircuts in the past. I called them and told them my fear and informed them I needed a GOOD hair stylist, they asked all about my hair and how I like it cut and set me up with Caroline. And I must say I could not be happier! I have been seeing her almost a year now and I love her! I always get an appointment when I want, she is never running behind, always on time.
