Not a fan of red meat and infrequently partake but the post concerning the toughness of the meat, is absolutely, without a doubt false!!!! The short ribs from Why Not was some of the most tender beef my family EVER had! I cooked as instructed and it was so tender it just fell apart! March 2025 I've been coming here for over a year and try to stop by at least a couple times a month. I love their ground beef, ribeye, and beef sticks, but you can't go wrong with any item, whether beef, chicken, pork, or dairy. Prices are really good considering their high-quality, farm-fresh, regenerative farming practices. Such a gem to have this in the area, especially if you care about...

I love buying local but the prices are just too high. 100% higher in some cases. What really got me was the price difference for a bone in Ribeye they called a Delmonico steak. IT WAS $1 MORE / LB. I didn't know I could eat a bone. so I'm paying more for something I can't eat and something that takes them less labor to cut. Also FYI, Delmonico is not a...
