Brian's House — Local services in West Whiteland Township

This place is pretty typical as all other IDD work spaces. Unfortunately my time was short lived with this company because they are unprofessional and don’t care about the consumers nor the employees! I was stuck alone with a 2:1 MALE consumer and my supervisor told me that she couldn’t come because she lives in Jersey. And it’s sad because I liked my supervisor but that situation wasn’t handled properly and I told them I don’t feel safe working in that home again. They then tried to make me write a statement on what happened and then told me they didn’t have any more availability to fit my current schedule…. Just a mess sadly! They say we’re mandated reporters but nobody here will ever report anything as Supervisors be some of the main ones doing the dirt. I wish I could’ve stayed but this wasn’t a good...

My son lives at Brian's house he loves it he works they give him a ride he loves his work he attends CPS he goes out in the community everyday I'm so happy for him staff...
