Wawa — Restaurant in West Whiteland Township

so I’m actually writing this review to let you know about the issues that the store has Wawawa can take this like a grain of salt and a pound of sugar, which I don’t think they’re really gonna care about the feedback I’m giving because clearly very stuck up and snobby the problem with the store is I feel like that? They treat people differently when they don’t like someone and they’re passive aggressive towards some of their regular I was in the store, not too long ago and I see this person. I don’t know if it’s a male or female. I don’t wanna be disrespectful towards that customer obviously. but they are very friendly and most of a social butterfly. I don’t understand why the employees are talking dirt about this person when they walk away to go to the car or to leave. recently, I saw an employee given the same person a dirty look named Chloe I think her name was from what I heard the regular saying the regular was talking to a woman with glasses, which I don’t know her name but she was doing pizzas the regular that comes in. I don’t see as much anymore because I literally come here. There is another person that they also talk smack about besides the one I mentioned above the other one is a former employee that used to work there. They no longer work there, but they were a good employee and they were very friendly for the most part. they said they left because of how nasty they were to her as well as not treating her with a lot of respect. it seems like the management in the store doesn’t care enough to have the employees be more respectful to customers it’s sad when a company can’t even recognize the faults of its own I would definitely recommend to go to this location. I stopped here, literally recently the other day. I only came here to just get gas I was standing up front also getting a sandwich recently, and this is where I saw one of the regulars in there talking to the lady making pizzas as mentioned above to reiterate, I was there waiting for my food that I ordered in front of the deli. The was talking to the employee by the pizzas. I think again her name is Chloe and was giving a dirty look to that customer. I’m pretty sure the store cameras can see that too. I don’t generally post reviews. However I’ve been to this wawa many times because it’s the closest one I live to, however every single time I have gone to order food at the kiosk by the deli, it takes them an incredibly long time to make the food. I’ve been to them when they are slow and don’t have anyone else ordering food, while they have 2 people working back there and they still take an incredibly long time. It shouldn’t take 20 plus minutes to get me two bagels with nothing on them, and not toasted. I timed it. Only once out of the 100 plus times. There is only one time I recall getting my order right after I paid for it. This particular Wawa in the Ship Road Couplet is THE WORST. I have never met such rude Wawa employees in my life. The Italian hoagies that we ordered had 3 inches of meat and a few scattered bits of lettuce. No mayonnaise available only Miracle Whip!!!? We were told our order was ready but it wasn't and we had to wait so long for our flavorless sandwiches that our cold drinks were warm and melted.
