We showed up around 5:40 pm and the bathrooms were all already closed even though the store closes at 6 pm. When we walked in, a lady stood in the door reminding us they were closing at 6 pm sharp! The people behind the counter for the ice cream said they closed the ice cream at 5 pm. The front desk register was already closed, but the guy who manned it was standing right there. If you looked around too far in the back by the drinks they get all paranoid and ask you what you are doing. There were 15-20 employees in the place all who already checked out mentally, ready to go home. Horrible customer service. We were going to buy things but just ended up leaving. I think they have way too many employees for such a small shop. All milking the government money trough. I think every thing should stay open until 7 pm and they should start closing after that. People come out of Lamar valley around 6-6:30 pm because that is the best time to see the animals. Very bad experience and the place needs...

This store have many very cool souvenirs the screaming Wyoming or Yellowstone. My wife saw some earrings that she really likes but finally decided she have enough at home.
