I was shopping on Sunday and bought so much as their sales were amazing. The staff was extremely helpful as well. Sure enough, I thought of a pair of ankle pants that I should've bought and regretted not getting them. I called the Westbrook, Tanger Outlet Loft store and spoke to Lauren, one of the managers, and asked if I could purchase them over the phone! Went to Westbrook and followed signs for Loft. Then I came to an empty store. Was disappointed because I thought another store closed. Then I looked around and found it somewhere else. Loft is a hit or miss for me. Sometimes, I hit the jackpot, and sometimes, I dont. Was looking for more fall colors. Was greeted when I arrived. Looked around and found a cute shirt. Hit or miss. The only reason why I drive an hour is for the good sales because they always have good deals, but more times than not it’s a miss for me. Also lately it seems like every time I shop at this location the sales associates who are at the cash register are miserable and make checking out an uncomfortable experience.
