Suggest not using LP appliance out of westbrook...

I go in Monday. Pick out the dishwasher and he says they will come out Wednesday to install. he says they will give me a call.

Come wednesday, I wait til about 11 am (after they open at 9) today and call. He says yup we've got you on the schedule for sometime this afternoon.

I wait and call back at 3:15pm (because they close at 4) and say hey I'm just checking on that install since I know you close at 4.

He says "did you call mark?"

I'm like I wasn't given marks info. I haven't heard anything since I called this morning.

He said "he will leave a note. Mark should be back around 4/4:30."

i vocalize that i stayed home specifically today because i was told the install would be today and am gone thursday, friday and all next week.

I call back 3:55 to get marks number and of course go to voice-mail. "Closed for the day".

I'll just go somewhere else at this point.

The next morning i got a voice-mail from Ryan (pictured) it is my voice-mail transcribed and the messed up line is "I saw your little display on Facebook (meaning my factual review of the situation). This is just a really odd and uncomfortable way to be...

Ryan was super helpful. I had reached out on a holiday weekend by phone/ email- he corresponded with me even when the store was closed sending me options to consider for a new refridgerator that I needed. My old fridge was on its way out. I stopped in to the store Tues morning when they re-opened after the holiday, so glad I did because I was able to see the one I thought I wanted but was too small. Ryan helped guide me (no pressure, just responded to my questions) to the one that would best ( and better!) meet my needs and it was delivered less than 24 hours later. My brother has been using LP Appliance for probably 30 years and thankful for the recomendation- would gladly do the same. Delivery team was great, respectful, helpful and made sure to answer my questions before they left. I appreciate the attention and great service. I have encountered their vehicles on the roads in Hollis, Buxton and Gorham. One morning, the owner of the company, sped by me at 70 mph in a school zone on Rte 112. When I got closer to the van to get a plate number, the owner stopped the van in the middle of the road to block my exit then got out of his vehicle headed towards me challenging me to a physical altercation.

I reported this incident to Buxton PD but apparently this person has friends on the police department because they refused to take my report.

Once again, this morning, I witnessed the same vehicle blow through the stop sign at Long Plains Road and Rte 35. Then crossed the bridge and blew through the stop sign at Rte 112.

Very aggressive and unprofessional. Police refuse to assist unless I catch it on camera. Getting dash...
