First, I want to say that I am a business owner and I donât like to leave bad reviews, but i tried to handle this with management, but Gage (sp?) said that there was no mgmt. Maybe a CoOp, he didnât explain.
First, itâs not affiliated with the Amish community, just a little hippy store that has sells a variety of things. No biggie, but I thought I would mention. Other than that it had a good vibe - pseudo sustainable and inclusive.
Weâre on a road trip and we purchased aged cheddar and game sausage from wisconsin! I noticed that there was some air in the package, so I found another that felt like it had a better seal. But unfortunately, they were rotten. Bacteria must have gotten into the line and the cheese was horrendous. My car smelled of death.
Came in discreetly and explained the situation, told them they should look at the other cheeses and nicely asked for my money back. Gage said they could exchange it, but I said no thanks. They became very agitated and said they couldnât give refunds on food products. Gage literally through a mini tantrum and started angrily digging through the trash looking at receipts and then aggressively moving the cash drawer and counting 1s and 5s. I must have had my mouth open, because they said, âwell like I said 3 times, we donât offer refundsâ He pushed the money at me and I left.
This was terrible customer service for no reason. And I watched another lady throw several cheese packages out, so the quality of the food is sus. There is a lot of room for improvement. I hope they get it together, because it could be...

Read moreGreat little store (not actually all that "little", now that I think on it). They have a huge selection of tasty treats, including a very nice selection of sugar free candy and chocolate. I highly recommend the sugar free almond buttercrunch (if you're looking for sugar free sweet treats)! They also have an ice cream counter, if you're looking for something to cool you off on a hot day. Very nice place to visit to stock up for that...
