Horrible service. After paying +$110 for a refill and pedi that I did hate (the girl didn’t do my pedicure properly, and after asking for manicure with thin French I told the girl to make it thinner and she said that it would look bad. I told her I didn’t like them thick and she didn’t care still; did them all super thick and my nails looked like trash).

The pedicure was horrible; polish peeled off after a couple of days and the girl even cut me and would refuse to exfoliate more to actually remove hard skin (which you’re paying for that service but they don’t do it properly)

After I complained with the girl, she said she couldn’t do more; that next time she’d do more. (So is this a trick or what?)

I complained with the apparent manager and she said that it was ok (I don’t know if she understood what I was saying) after more than 4 hours of being there because I had to wait after I’ve scheduled an appointment 4 days before; im going to the main desk to pay and the same wine asks if I’d like to give a tip; i ask in shock like “what do you mean a tip? My service was not delivered properly “ and she’s like; yes a tip; for the girls that attended you.

Well, if I’m complaining, and I’m not satisfied about the service I received; why would you ask for a tip? You should be thankful that I’m actually paying because I shouldn’t be paying at all!!

Horrible service and horrible management.

Worst money I’ve spent on.

Don’t go there. There are so many people that actually like what they’re doing and actually deliver a quality service;...

I went to this place for the first time and before visiting them I talked over phone to confirm the services I wanted done, their prices and appointment time. I went to get dipping powder with add on of manicure, regular pedicure with gel polish. There was confusion on the selection of nails and lack of understanding on common language didn’t help. I specifically made clear the color that I wanted for toes but I end up getting totally different color that I selected for hands on feet. Not sure why it was confusing for them to understand when it is written out in the card the colors select. The colors came out looking good. So no complains there. Secondly my entire pedicure with gel polish took less than 25 mins. They charged me for callus removal which was supposed to be 5 mins service and was done within a minute. They also charged me $5 for toe color removal. Their website says gel color change on toes is $5, but mine was normal nail color, regardless I was charged. The manicure was $5 extra on top of dipping powder but they intentionally skipped it. Despite of getting an appointment for specific services, writing out on the card the services I wanted, they were not performed accordingly and I walked out paying extra money that I should not have been charged. I would not be going back to this place again as it did not provide value for money that I paid which $106 plus tip. I got pedicure with gel polish and dipping powder and all of this got done in 1 hour which felt rushed and provided below...

I came in on Sunday and had Abby and she was very precise and kind. I’m hard of hearing and she was very understanding, she gently tapped me when I didn’t hear her and was patient with me asking her to repeat herself. I also bumped a few nails against the UV lamp (sorry again, Abby) and she calmly and quickly fixed my mistake :)

(Edit) Two of my nails fell off, one on Monday and the other on Wednesday. Demi fixed them. I appreciate squeezing me in last minute, as I had an event to go to this upcoming weekend, but the thumb nail was trimmed way too short and the French tip on my middle finger doesn’t match the rest of my set. I didn’t say anything on my out because I was just overwhelmed and wanted to leave.

If I had known these nails wouldn’t last a week and their replacements would be uneven, I would have just bought press-ons for my event. The ladies there are ridiculously sweet and kind but I am extremely disappointed in the quality of my nails- especially since my mom gets her nails done here and they always look beautiful. I’m not sure if I was just dismissed because I’m not experienced with having manicures done or if these past two experiences have just been rough days for the manicurists. Or if they were just short on time, I would’ve appreciated being told that so I could have made a proper appointment or gone somewhere else.
