Biggby Coffee — Restaurant in Westfield

We just visited this coffee shop while in Michigan a few days ago during our camping trip. I was so surprised at the drink list..absolutely loved it! We got back home and I told my daughter that I wished they were in Indiana. I looked it up and they were! I was absolutely thrilled and went the next day to the one in Westfield. Clerks were great along with the food and of course, the drinks were good. I just have a teeny suggestion..not everyone will like it I realize. I wish the addition of cream cheese to both top and bottom of waffle sandwich was standard. The first location we went to in Michigan just added it and it was so good. The waffles sandwiches have, or tastes like they have sugar crystals on them. So good. I like the fact that from Michigan to Indiana, the flavors in everything were consistent. THIS is my new coffee spot....

Low scores for atmosphere and service based on a dozen drive through experiences over the past year. I kept going back because coffee and bagels are tasty-keot giving the workers a "chance to improve". They have not!!! Six of twelve visi visits my simple bagel and coffe order was either not what I ordered OR I'm handed the coffee, told thank you and the window closed, or handed the bagel and the window closed!! I can see the most of staff standing and chatting while I attempt to get their attention usuallt takes a toiot of the horn before I'm noticed! NEEVER by the person working the window-they are too busy chatting! The person who hands me the missing item is never sure what my order is...they always apologize but seriously!? Won"t be back. Really do not have anything bad to say about their coffee, however I don't think it is worth the wait. The staff is friendly and I don't think they are overly priced. I just simply don't think this place should have a drive thru. It always takes really long even when I'm the only car in line. I wish it was just a small business as they claim, where you could come in and have a cup of coffee. They really don't have enough food to be considered a place to stop for breakfast or lunch really either, so the drive thru seems pointless.
