Iāve been in here a couple of times this week to just give this new location a try, and Iāve had conflicting visits. (I do have a slight bias considering Iām a barista and have worked at Starbucks). First time went greatā I did a mobile order and got exactly what I asked for in a timely manner. Second time, I did a mobile order again, but it took fairly longer than expected. As a former employee, I have a lot of respect for Starbucks workers, considering what they have to deal with daily, order-wise and customer-wise. I will point out, though, that it took an extra 10 minutes after I received my āOrder in Progressā update on the app for my order to be done. I observed that I was not there during a big rush, I just happened to have an employee who didnāt seem confident on bar (potentially new hire?) working on my drink. She also just genuinely had no sense of urgency, if that makes sense. She messed it up the first time, took a fair amount of time to remake it, and then it was still wrong (which I didnāt notice until I left).
I came back a bit later once I got settled at work and just let the employee at the register know that something was really off about my drinkā I order the same coffee drink every time and it was obvious to me that it was short one shot. She heard me out and handled it really kindly, and I left the store with a different drink I enjoyed. So, overall, the customer service itself has been fine, but I do see why others have noted the lack of timely service and pattern of incorrect orders. I just assume thereās several employees who potentially donāt have previous barista experienceā I empathize, but I notice the disconnect amongst them nonetheless. Iām happy to try this place again and I understand that itās a new location, so maybe they just need more...

My Mother got up and asked politely if we could get help cleaning up the mess ( A mop e.t.c) and a younger girl went to grab it. She came over and started mopping very aggressively and I said āIām so sorry do you want me to clean it up?ā And my Mother said she can help and the girl just said ānoā then walked away. I got up from the chair with my baby to move out of the way and my mom noticed ice cubes on the floor and saw a broom next to their product shelves and she took it to move the ice away so it wouldnāt be a hazard. The young girl came back and said āIāve got it ā angrily and my Mother said āoh itās okay ā and the girl SNATCHED it and grabbed it from my Motherās hands with force and anger. This was EXTREMELY disturbing and horrible to watch my Mother be treated like that while trying to help. I hope that girl has the day...

My party of 4 walked in at 6:35am and did not leave with our drinks until 7:15. 45 minutes to make 4 basic coffees? We waited at the order counter for 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged.
