Went in for an appointment to look at flowers I was going to order for my wedding. My mother had discussed with the owner ahead of time if we could see some of what they had in store and go over options that could be ordered due to wanting a better visual to decide on. Owner said no problem when booking the appointment but once at the shop it was a different story. We knew what roses we were interested in but were unsure of the type of greenery and debated on adding another flower as well. Once at the appointment the florist had no options to show us, told us it would cause her too much trouble to show us, and provided no photos to see some options to choose from of what she could get or had. She proceeded to tell us it would cost $200 to have a design consult appointment to see any of the options that could be available. Then proceeded to tell us that we needed to seek another florist and basically kicked us out of the shop. I dont know what kind of flower shop doesn't show you options of what they can get or sell. The owner was very rude and did not take the time with us or even hear us out. I am still shocked at how this experience was and I can't believe anyone would buy flowers from her. I would give no stars if I could. I dont recommend anyone going here and I will for sure pass around the word of the experience that I had. I wouldn't want anyone else wasting there time and potentially have their special day ruined in any way.
Replying to your message back to me* I dont think your understanding. We aren't asking for your help to design, we are asking what greenery you have or can get. The visual was for myself to try and decide for what I wanted. My mother was there to help me. Again dont want your design especially for no $200. All we wanted was to figure out what flowers we want to order from you. But apparently this florist shop is about ripping people off and accusing them of stealing designs. I appreciate you letting us come on Sunday but you also had work being done in the shop which wasn't a make or break for us to come at that point. We were ready to buy from you and you lost the sale for literally not wanting to show us what you can get. Again I will be sure to pass word of mouth around...

My wife loves to have 1 daisy for each year of marriage. This arrangement already came with about 12 daises' and I wanted 3 more flowers added, so I called to place my order. They charged me $10 for Daisies to equal 15. Because I called, the cost for the arrangement was $10 more. When I logged into my account to place the order, I was granted free delivery......Nope, didn't happen and another $15. I talked to a manager and they basically told me I was SOL, so I said fine and paid their $35 extra fees. The arrangement was $45 to begin with. I am a local Westland business owner and I truly believe in fairness and going above and beyond to keep my customers happy and returning. I have been ordering an anniversary arrangement for a few years now from these guys but this was the last straw. It's a shame when there is absolutely no flexibility with people anymore. My wife works from 8am until 4pm. I asked if the delivery could be made between these hours and they said no guarantee. They told me they had 1 delivery for that day. My wife works 6 blocks from them. Totally snotty attitudes is all I got. I am totally disappointed in the customer service from them, totally. I could have ran down to Thrifty and purchased a bouquet of daisies for about $3.95. Why $10 for 3 more flower heads? Ridicules and never again. I LOVE supporting my local businesses but will not deal with My Lady...

I ordered this TeleFlora set 2 weeks IN ADVANCE for Motherās Day and ordered the Deluxe, and what I got was so small and puny and only the FRONT HALF was flowers. Like literally the other side was LEAVES. When the picture clearly shows that it is a large 360 bouquet of flowers.
I told the lady when I went to pick it up that it didnāt look at all like the photo⦠but she said she put more roses than in the picture. She said she put 5 white roses instead of the 3 white roses shown. Well there are clearly more roses than 3 in the picture! And I paid $91 with tax for the deluxe!!! Wow!!!! Such a total ripoff!!
I went to Westland Florists and Greenhouse to get a second opinion on Ford Rd and brought them these flowers and they agreed that itās ridiculous. And that they would have done a full 360 bouquet. Theyāre offering to FIX THE FLOWERS FOR ME! So now Iām at ANOTHER florist place having them FIX the bouquet I bought HERE.
I donāt know if this was just a bad experience buying TeleFlora sets from My Ladyās Florist or what. But Iāll never come here again because I feel scammed.
Westland Florists & Greenhouse have BIGGER AND BETTER bouquets for quite literally less than HALF the price I paid to get a measly...
