Paul's Auto Yard — Local services in Westville

Ok place. Prices went up big time since sold in 2023! About 28 acres of cars. Cars and trucks are all the ground.

Cars have been getting a little mixed up with brands lately. Trucks are all mixed up with brands. Most are not marked which ran. Floods in the back big time.

Core charges on most stuff now Prices now depended on your make, model and year like full service places do. But you still have to find it and pull it for thier top dollar prices. No set prices anymore like any other you pull it !

Wanted $100 for used cluster I pull it, tires $50 - $100 each tire and I have to remove them if they even come off bring them up front (1/2 mile walk) to even get a real price. Sounds like a lot of work to only charge me big $ or if I don't like that price you got me to do your work for you for free.

I been going here well over 10 years often when it was Pauls, SMS, then Pauls then Rochester Iron and this is the worst it has been. Even Marget pissed she's been threw 20 years and many other owners like Westville Auto. Not going back...

I have a few things to share about Paul's. I called about a replacement headlight. I was quoted $25.00. When I went to pick it up, they tried to charge $50.00. I pulled it myself. Secondly, I called to have a junk car picked up. I was told the driver would be at my house the next afternoon and to wait for a call from the driver. I waited all day, till 4:30 in the afternoon before calling Paul's. No one came to get the car, I never got a call back. I wasted my day waiting on them. Not really a good place to deal with. I wish we had a good junkyard...

i called over the phone asking for a specific part and the gentleman that answered was so informative and patient with me and all of my questions he told me a quote over the phone and gave great detail of the process of purchase since this will be my first time purchasing from an auto yard ... his name is Paul and he made it clear he is not the owner lol which put the icing on the cake for me i look forward to shopping with them in the very near future ......Thanks paul for being so kind and patient with me.......
