I was very excited to find out that a nearby local business had the viral Dubai bar in stock - I ordered a bar at about noon, and an hour later the wonderful owner Nathalie literally drove up to my front door and handed it to me personally, because we are neighbors! How's that for customer service? I haven't even tried the bar yet - I'm sure it will be fantastic but even if it isn't, I would still shop with Omniya again just for that lovely delivery experience! I don't expect Nathalie to show up at my door every time I order a bonbon, of course, but her desire to really make contact with her customers...
