Would not suggest this dealer. At first, they come off as being reputable. After you're out the door, forget about it. Parts that were purchased not installed and one year later still don't have them. Two weeks after purchasing a brand new machine, with plenty of extras, they offer a free 4 year warranty extension and then refuse to work with you. All while telling you you have one year to pay for extended warranty which turned out to be false. So sorry I made the 3.5 hour trip to this dealer and gave them my money. Fingers crossed now that I don't have any issues because I'm sure there will be no help on their end. Buyer beware!!!!

Update 9-18-2024 In response to your reply from 2 days ago.......First, I contacted you in Oct 2023 to get an update on the mirrors, which were purchased in Jan 2023, because I heard nothing. This is unacceptable. Then, I had to contact you AGAIN on 2-3-2024 to get the status on the mirrors which I still had not received. Your response was you set an alarm as a reminder to send them. My last contact was 16 days after that, when I had to contact you AGAIN and then, and only then, did my mirrors arrive a short time later. Interestingly enough, the mirrors that you did send didn't even have the proper pieces to install them which required me reaching out to a parts store and paying an additional fee just so I can install them. Something that could have been avoided had you done YOUR job and installed them, as you said you would, when I made my purchase.

As for the extended warranty.....due to my experience with YOUR business, I contacted a local dealer to inquire about purchasing an extended warranty, something you told me I could do as long as it was done before the original 1 year warranty expired. Upon speaking with them, I was told I was outside the time frame to purchase any additional warranty, and by this point, anyone would see why I didn't call you back.

You also indicated in your reply to my review that I "drove 3.5 hours because of our customer experience through the sale and best price around". This is simply NOT true. I drove 3.5 hours because you were the closest dealer who had what I was looking for at the time, plain and simple. Your correct in your statement that the "initial sales experience was good", but the experience after is what led to my disappointment and statement "buyer beware".....Once you had my money and I was on my way home, the customer/dealership relationship ended on your end. It was like pulling teeth to get you to send me equipment I purchased and asked you to install. Waiting over a year is unacceptable! Now I have a machine I have to cross my fingers and hope I have no issues with because as experienced, you will be no help. And it's not just about the mirrors, it was the whole experience after I was out the door that led to my review...you know, the only recourse a customer has after a bad experience?

Recently bought a 22 ZForce 800EX from Myers Motorsports. Everything was all fine until first oil change when I figured out that it was the wrong motor that the owners manual said it should have. CFMOTO changed motors mid year (2022) and didn’t include that information in the owners manual. Anyhow, I called Myers Motorsports about this situation in a very nice manner as I was not upset at the time of calling and instantly they were VERY rude to me. Telling me I was wrong, and that they had let me know about it being different (which they did not whatsoever) and they did not seem to care at all that I was unsatisfied with this occurring. Very unprofessional owner and I will never return to this dealership ever again. If I pay 15k for anything, I expect to have an UPDATED owners manual, AND for the dealer to treat me with respect over such a small situation. If I could give 0 stars I...

i recently picked up a brand new cforce 1000 touring, this is my 4th cfmoto so i’ve been to a few different dealerships…may i say this was the best experience i’ve had . Nathan was happy to help and amazing to work with over the phone helping me get everything setup since i was buying out of state. once we arrived we couldn’t believe how gorgeous there shop was and we’re immediately greeted by the GM, he was amazing to work with and had all the paperwork ready for us after our long drive down. after all the paperwork someone else helped us load our accessories and took the time to show the new features and answer some of my questions. all around this is an amazing dealership and can’t wait to do more...
