Read moreSo disappointed! Zook’s is not the place it used to be, unfortunately. My husband bought a brand new 2021 Ford F-250 from Joe (who is incredibly missed!!) 4 years ago. Joe was an absolute gem, and made the process go so quickly and smoothly. After having the same issue multiple times with the truck, with no repair option in sight, Sue (the previous owner) bought the truck back. My husband then ordered another F-250 and had the most wonderful experience dealing with Sue and everyone else at the dealership. Unfortunately, now that they have sold out to another auto group, the experience is not the same. We went to test drive a 2025 Ford Explorer, with the hopes of finding one in the color I preferred. We decided we liked it and tried to make a deal, but they had no interest in selling us a car that day. No negotiation on ANYTHING, including the value of my trade. It was their way or the highway. No thanks! Then, my husband brings his truck in for service the very next day and the salesman didn’t even recognize him from the day prior. He just had to bring it in for another service and requested it be done as soon as possible in the day (we dropped it off the evening prior) as he had plowing to do. Read moreTERRIBLE! Inspection experience. Dropped the car off and find out it needs some new parts (LF and RF shock absorbers, despite the right one being replaced last year….) Call them a few days later they said they hadn't gotten started yet because "the parts came in a little late" it took all week to install the new parts they deemed necessary. Friday at 4:40 pm (they close at 5pm, Oh Boy!) they call me asking for an up to date registration, should have been in the car but they lost it I guess. I emailed it to them at 5:10 and they tell me that the guy who could put the inspection sticker on went home already. I Had to wait until monday. I call them monday, they then tell me because the car is registered in Pittsburgh it needs an emissions test, but they dont do emissions tests (I took the car to them because another mechanic told me that zooks does emission tests, everyone in kane says zooks does emissions tests!!!!) Had to take the car 50 minutes away for one. Finally get the emissions test done, drive back to zooks and IT TOOK THEM LONGER THAN THE EMISSIONS TEST TOOK JUST TO PUT THE INSPECTION STICKER ON MY CAR!!!!!!!
