ANDREWS APPLIANCE Parts and Service, LLC (AAPandS, LLC) is a complete cut above any other business I have dealt with in my long life and is the best of the best. Justin and his team are excellent in their knowledge, professionalism, efficiency, timeliness, thoroughness, follow through, integrity, courteousness and care, as well as, extremely helpful, gracious and compassionate. They go above and beyond to help you out in every way. I had an icemaker, a year old, that I had gotten at a different appliance store, who offered service, as well. Turns out they were unable to help me out when it broke down. They had recommended I contact AAPandS, LLC. I was desperate to get it working, for my prescribed burn and land management crew, working in the heat we have been having. I called AAPandS, LLC and they said they would come out, even though I am a bit out of their range. They came out right away and got the icemaker working again, temporarily, but said it needed a part. Once they got it, they would come back out and put it in. But they got my icemaker going again at least, enough so that my crew could have ice, while we waited for the part! They called me, in the interim, to make sure my ice machine was registered, which I had neglected to do, and coordinated the registration, plus checked on my warranty. Once they got the needed part, they came back out to put it in, as soon as they got it. Coincidentally, when they had come out to put the needed ice machine part in, my one year old oven/stove had broken down a couple of days before. Again, the appliance store I had gotten it from, same place I got the ice machine, could not help me out. I had mentioned my oven/stove situation to Justin, just in passing, when he came out to put the ice machine part in. He said he would take a look at it, when he was done with the ice machine. Oh my gosh! He worked his magic and got my oven/stove going again!!! Unbelievable!!! He is incredible!!! In 2017, a reviewer of AAPandS, LLC, had said that AAPandS, LLC "represents a level of integrity with superior knowledge and understanding of the trade, that goes beyond the modern day ladder of ethics and service experience." Read moreI am updating my previous post. In 2022, i paid Justin Andrews in advance for a Sunbeam commercial washer dryer. I still have not received it, nor have i received reimbursement. The communication back and forth over several occasions has failed to remedy the situation. I feel like I’ve been kept hanging by him in hopes I’d forget. The money has obviously been spent. I know the Andrews came upon hard times, but it has been approaching 18 mos since and why I'm posting this. It’s a sure disappointment from the Justin Andrews I originally had experience of doing business. Just because I live in a big house (my mother’s) and have been caring for her these past years due to her debilitating Alzheimer’s, funds are dwindling. Being without these funds or the items they were used for purpose they were paid, is a grave & debilitating matter for us presently. I wish no ill for Andrews appliance and that they will have better days. I hope this matter can be resolved without further action. Lesson learned: do not pay in advance of services or item ordered until delivery.
6yrs ago Totally awesome experience with Justin Andrews who serviced my Maytag washer. I had been told by another Appliance company that my washer was not worth replacing, as the estimate to repair totaled $900+ I was charged a $79.95 service fee to find that out. I called Andrews Appliance Parts and Service with inquiry on purchasing a new machine. When I described what was wrong per the initial service reps detail of estimate for repair, Justin suggested I allow him to have a look/see. He believed he may be able to fix it and said he wouldn't charge me for the service call if he wasn't able. HE FIXED IT!! In fact, what the Independent Appliance service rep indicated as the main problem, wasn't it at all!! Read moreI had an issue with the ice/water dispenser on my refrigerator. Andrews sent two repairmen to my house. The problem was that a spring came loose. While attempting to put the spring back on, the repairman broke the main part. He seemed out of it, so I helped him order a new part which he said would come in a couple of days. I was required to pay $70 for the visit and he wrote a bill for the remaining service - which included the part that he broke. After a couple of days without hearing anything, I called the repairman, and he indicated that the part was in and they would come back out the next day. The next day they came out and sat in my drive for several minutes. I finally went out to see what they were doing, and I was told that they had forgot the part. They promised to return the next morning with the part to complete the job.
Needless to say, they never returned. I eventually called the owner, he indicated that the repairman had quit without notice. He also stated that he would locate the part and fix my refrigerator. After a couple of days, I called and was told that they could not find the part. So - they said they ordered another one. After a few more days, I called again, and was told that the part had been ordered and was somehow lost. So - I asked them to order the part again but was told that they were not certain when they could get back out to me. I proposed a date in the future to give them time to plan. I was told that it was plenty of time, and they would be out as we agreed. That appointment was yesterday, and they did not show. They did not answer my calls, texts, or email. They are also not answering today. They did, however, cash my check for $70.
So - I am out $70 and will have to pay for the part that they broke. I do not...
