Burger King — Restaurant in Wewahitchka

All current events have a back story that leads to what's current. That is the reason for today's review. The young lady and young man working today were extremely busy and very hard-working. That being said, there were only two of them and completely overwhelmed. When I arrived for my thirty minute lunch break, I got in line to order and dine in. I was the second customer in line, and we were acknowledged a minute or two later. After seventeen (17) minutes, I ordered, and my order was called out very quickly. I gathered my condiments and napkins and made it to my booth. As the end of my lunch break drew near, I began to unwrap my #4 to find a bite had already been taken from my burger. A BIG ASS steamy test-bite, somebody took, then realized they got the wrong sandwich before returning it! Who would take that back and stick it in the warmer for the next orderer of a #4? I immediately returned to the counter and had them create me another sandwich. This was my last burger from here for a while.

Unfortunately for me, I eat lunch in Wewa daily, and there aren't many options. This place is disgusting, the service sucks, and management needs a permanent hiatus. I won't be back.

The bathrooms can't be cleaned more than once a week, and I've been looking at the same french fry fragment on the ground since spring started.

Look, idk why I keep even trying here. Probably cause it’s the only place open late for food. Hell, it’s practically the only thing in town. But every single time I go, the food is wrong. Tonight I ordered a chicken sandwich, asked for bacon, Swiss, and honey mustard on it. Got home, it only had the chicken itself and lettuce. It already took forever to get the food and I get it, they are short staffed but it still took forever and I’m not going back. The attitudes are less than pleasant. Again, probably people giving them hell because of wait times but that doesn’t mean you have to take it out on every customer. Asked for ice in the cups because lobby was out of ice, straight up eye rolled. Want me to come behind the counter and get the ice myself?...

Absolute worst fast food service ever. I shut my vehicle off so they could here me they took several minutes just to take my order and they couldn't hear anything kept asking me to repeat myself and still got my order wrong. Gave a tip before realizing it was wrong even tho the lady was being rude and mean mugging. Half of the tip would have covered the biscuit she left off the order and still asked for more money. I will never eat at burger King again after going to two different ones that day in two different cities and being treated the same. Seems like lack of staff or just managers being cheap and not working enough ppl causing extra stress on employees and ridiculous wait time. Definitely not "fast" food like I said about the...
