Total Wireless — Local services in Wheeling Township

Edit 9/25 I went back to the store and the experience was totally different. The staff were again professional. The lady there was highly professional and was attending other customers very well. I was able to get the plan and port everything over in 1 hour. Kudos to the team. While the staff were extremely respectful and nice... They are not aware of the rules for newer plans. Came in all the way from Naperville to get the new plan only to be told that the plan will cancel if I change my phone. How is that even possible in real world? If my phone breaks I'll get a new one... I didn't get the plan.... Went to reddit to post this question where people straightaway said this is false. Went yesterday afternoon and switched. I don’t know where my head was at when I was paying over 350 for 3 lines. Over here at total by Verizon they explained that plans out to me and helped me save money. Who doesn’t love saving money? I know I do.
