Park was terrible! After slide one wrong swimming stroke, and they blow the whistle, telling you go to the ladder. Then we got blamed for things that we didn’t do with a warning “if you do one more bad thing your out” the workers again asked the worker on the slide if anyone did anything wrong and they blamed us for another kids problem! After that, we were waiting in line for the diving board a little child runs though they tell you to walk and trips on her my foot and again our fault. They told us to leave not even letting us grab our valuables. After trying to “leave” they told us to enter a room never told about. Forgot to mention the workers were cussing at us and swimming for 1/2 an hour during...
Read moreLast Saturday we had such a great experience at the water park. So we decided to come today to enjoy the park. Unfortunately after we paid $37.50 to enter the park the thunderstorm started we were held at the shelter waiting for the storm to pass. We requested a rain check or a refund but the manager was very rude and disgraceful and kept saying it is the policy and asked us to leave the park or he will call the police. The worst manager and management ever. No respect to any of the families that paid money and did not get to swim or not even got in the pool. How disappointed and disrespectful it felt that we were held hostages because we already paid the money but never got to use the park due to the weather yet we never got our money back A good management would give a rain check to any customer had to leave due to the weather. Shame on you!...

We like the facility, but this experience has made us reconsider. We will explore other options in the area unless...
