The one star is for (Marika) and here's why... I ordered a turkey sub with my desired additions to the sandwich, but unfortunately there was a mistake and somehow mustard was swapped for sweet onion teriyaki sauce. I would have caught it myself but my mom is the one who went to get us lunch. That isn't a big deal, I understand we humans make mistakes...but my sandwich tastes like sugar, and isn't even tolerable so I called to see if they could fix it for me because the last thing I want to do is cook. I had a family emergency last night and this was the first thing I was going to be able to eat all day. Marika said there's nothing she can do and hung up on me and then blatantly ignored my call back. Thanks a lot Marika. Your customer service skills are absolutely disgusting. And from one human being to another you dropped the ball. You could have extended out kindness and understanding and possibly even turn my day around.    Read moreHorrible customer service, i called the store and spoke to George he took my order over the phone and seemed to understand what i wanted. I came to pick the order and left When i got back to the office with food for 3 people, the whole order was messed up and some things were missing. I called and spoke to George and he was very rude and did not want to correct my order, told me i had to reorder and pay again.... ontop of that he was so rude over the phone and hung up on me. I called back and asked why did he hang up on me and his answer was " i am busy " and slammed the phone again on me. The owner of this location needs to look into this and hire people that can deal nicely with customers I will never go back or recommend this Subway and will be contacting Corporate.

   Read moreShockingly bad customer service to the point another customer had to stick up for me. They tried to charge me extra for literally every little thing including mayo. Actually insane. When I asked why I was being charged extra for the ingredients, I was told not to return if I donât want to pay. The other customer in the store told me he had been going to that location for 20 years and doesnât know why they were trying to charge me extra for everything. I reached out to Subway to complain, but it was clear the messages are just routed to the owner of the location. The response I was given was basically, sorry not sorry. I think maybe they choose to target specific customers and screw them for extra money, idk. I ended up paying $13 for a veggie sub. Avoid this location...
