Bayview Farmers Market — Local services in Whidbey Island

This is our local farmer's market. This year, 2023, has seen an uptick of off-island visitors. It is fairly crowded the first hour, as people line up to get fresh produce from our local farms. Quality of items is excellent. There are also vendors selling berries and fruit from off-island. You can find food, liquors, and craft items. Have noticed the prices have increased greatly since last year. I don't purchase anything as I have my own garden. Like to see what they are charging for...

One of my favs. In season, huge variety of everything you can imagine in your garden oasis. Sculptures, planters in all shapes and sizes. I like the textured finishes. I like their gift section...can expand with textiles, colors. They've got a nice selection of books of interest; medicinal plants, purveyors of epicure, Botanicals. I purchased Botanicum for the art. Great chimes, the deep tones speak. Their outdoor rugs from Mad mats are pretty cool. They have some great pieces...

Fun island farmers market, although I do prefer the old location of it being in what is now the parking lot. The reason I give it 4 stars is because it didn’t really have a wide variety of things, and nothing really stood out to me. It was in a unshaded, dry grass spot right next to a semi loud highway. But I do love local cute farmers markets like this so its hard for me to rate it less then 5. Definitely...
