I ordered flowers the day of my mothers birthday, the bouquet was missing roses which are my mother’s favorite, it was still beautiful, but I ordered especially for the roses, I called & spoke with Amber, she apologized & sent my mother a whole new bouquet to compensate for that, it was beautiful as well, I really appreciate the customer service that was provided by this florist, I recommend them to anyone & they have forever gained a customer…....
