Bad bad bad bad service. I will not be going back there. The service was horrible. Got there before lunch was over. Place my order and was charge dinner price. I told the waiter I want punch and water. Even point to what I wanted. Had to wait and wait. He never came over to ask if I need anything. Never ask me if I wanted a refill. Had to wait til he came from the back before I got any help. Was charge two prices for drinks. When I told him my concern. He shrug his shoulders like he didn't care. If I'm spending my money there. I at least expect some kind of good customer service. Not bad service to which I got. I even ask what time would the manager be in. I got three different times. When I call and talk to the manager Eddie Garcia or Gonzalez. He was basically the same way. It's not my fault your waiter can't understand. Especially if I point to what I wanted. Poor customer service. Poor employees. Poor management. This place don't care about the customer. They just care about getting your hard earned money. Since they don't have a button for no star. I will never go back to eat... ever. Two of the drinks were incorrect. Server took forever. Our food took even longer. Then a server brought two of the four meals to us, but one was a burrito when I had ordered a shrimp dish. Waited 10 more minutes for the kids meals. Then another 10 for mine. One of the kids meals were incorrect and had obviously sat under the heating lamp for some time. Our drinks were never refilled. When we went to pay I politely explained what had occurred. While I was speaking the server who had brought us the first incorrect meals came up to the counter and argued with me that I should of been more specific about one of my daughters meals. I explained that I was very specific and was blown away that I was being treated and spoken to in that manner. Our childrens meals were comped. But in all it was an awful awful experience. I am not one to typically leave a review even with a bad experience but this was horrible.

We called ahead for a table of 9 and they said that they would have it ready. They didn't. Then we got in there and they never gave us menus after waiting for a while. I had to go get them myself and our silverware. Then we were passed several times and never asked for refills. I had to go get our refills. Then our food was brought out INCORRECTLY with items missing. I worked our whole table so when we paid i asked them not to add gratuity since i worked the table. The cashier said that is not how it works and i told her then i want the tip since i worked the table. She ignored me and said my total was $59.60. I asked if that was the tip included she said no and then proceeded to run my card for $68.00.

This was INCREDIBLY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! The wait staff were rude and ignored our whole table!
