Rude and unorganized. I came to this location a few weeks ago and the young lady with purple hair was very rude and short with me. So I didn't get anything and left. Decided to give them another try and not to my surprise same thing. The writing on drive window says it's for CALL IN ORDERS ONLY and list the phone number to CALL. So I decided to just call my order in and the lady RUDELY stated they ONLY do online orders, which that is NOT stated on the drive thru window. So I said well your window says 'call-ins" her rude response was I said we don't do call ins its online orders only!!!! So I hu g up in her face....yes I sure did!!! Never again will I ever do business at this location!!!!! 2 horrible experiences was enough for me! This location just doesn't care and hire rude people. Read moreI ordered online at 7:30 pm one evening. Once I submitted my order I realized that there were onions on my sandwich so I immediately called to ask if they could please leave them off. The little Indian guy manager/owner immediately began yelling at me about ordering so late and that he would not honor any future orders that late.... Really.???? my husband went to pick it up and the guy immediately in so many words, began calling me a liar. My husband told him that he heard the whole conversation and that if he has a problem with the online ordering maybe he should take it up with subways online ordering department instead of taking it out on the customers.
