Nature's Market — Local services in White House

We love to shop locally everywhere we live, but in this case we will never shop here again. We began purchasing two dozen eggs, 5-13 gallons of water, honey, along with snacks etc every week to two weeks for quite a few months now. We were told about this store from a health coach. Normally everyone is friendly and helpful. My 28 year old son normally handles the purchases, he went into the store to purchase the usual eggs, water, and honey, this time he picked up some cheese as well. He noticed some cookies and asked the owner of the store what her favorite cookie was? She looked at him and said, “You don’t need any cookies.” The girl working with the owner looked at him in absolute shock and said nervously, “Snickerdoodle!” He did not pick up a cookie, of course after that. She rang up the items and she didn’t charge him for the cheese and water. He asked about the price because he knew it was lower than it should’ve been and she apologized for what she had said to him. He paid for the items and left the store. He stated that he would never be rude to her regardless of how humiliated he was/is. Unfortunately, at her age she absolutely knows better. There’s no excuse for being cruel. I am furious that he did not leave the items on the counter and walk out. As a business owner myself, I most certainly would never insult my customers in anyway! The owner and the products: The beautiful lady who is always at the register is kind, and never ceases to care about how my day is going! Stop in for routine vitamins, a gift, groceries, or just lunch! I’ve never been disappointed with any purchases!

Prices can be high: I have found their prices to be competitive with any other health care market within 20 miles. I fully understand natural health care products CAN be expensive, and I wish they weren’t so. However, if you plan to buy the expensive items you need, take your business to someone who will genuinely care about you! THIS PLACE WILL!
