If you are purchasing anything by mail, I would advise you not to. I recently purchased a cruet set from her. When I got the package it was a completely different set. I advised her of this. Her response was "we fix, we fix". She assured me that she was packaging the correct item to ship to me, in addition to a check for $20 to cover shipping to send the one I got back. she even said i could change out the stoppers on the oil and vinegar bottles if i wanted to. I waited over a week and still no package. I contacted Johanna and she informed me that she would send the correct one when she got the one I had back. I informed her that she had said she was sending already the correct one with the $20 check. She then indicated that she would refund my money in addition to shipping charges to send the one I had back to her when she got it back.??? I don't think so. A little bit later she indicated that she could NOT send the one I ordered because it was "damaged"? Why was I just now hearing about this? I asked her this and she just said "is not for sale" then she deleted me and I got no further response. This woman acts like an honest person, but she uses her "not understanding" as a ploy. This woman has already defrauded me once. I wonder how many times this has happened? I am contacting the BBB and report this. She acted like it was a "mistake" that she sent the wrong set, but I know it was intentional and she didn't think I would notice the difference. shame on her. buyer beware!!! The first set in the photos is the one I ordered that was posted on her Facebook account. It is red ruby cut to clear pattern. The one I received is the second one. You can barely see it in the left hand side of the photo, but it is a cranberry thumbprint pattern. In the last photo you can see both sets. The one on the left is the one she sent me and the one on the right is the one she advertised and I ordered. These are two totally different sets and not easily "mistaken" to be the same. Such a wonderful experience having Johanna alter my wedding dress. She is a designer-she will help make you look your very best. She understood exactly what I wanted & needed with remaking my dress so that is was made for me. She goes above & beyond because she generally cares.
