I originally visited Mercantile on Madison as a shopper with my wife. The atmosphere, cleanliness, organization of the store and responsive customer service were top notch. The employees working were very courteous and welcoming as soon as I entered the store. I am so impressed with the transformation that the Owners of Mercantile on Madison have made with the former Leder Bros department store in Whiteville, NC. This offers crafters, bakers and boutique owners a Brick & Mortar location in a very Classy, Neat & Friendly environment. The majority of the Booth Renters as well as the owners are multiethnic female owners.
