Pulled into bay with truck and trailer. Started spaying. Guy came out - I spoke to him- 'how you doing?' - he did not speak/ just stared at me like I had insulted him- after a long pause with me standing there on the clock he told me 'move your trailer in further and stop spaying on this area'- So, I hung up the wand, moved to the door, I got in my truck, - pulled ahead, re-gathered the wand- and my time ran out- I knocked on the door, 3 x- he came out and I told him he burned up my time- stole my money- he looked at me and said- what do you want- I said nothing at this point. I was very disappointed. I like to keep my money in my community close to home. However when I visited this location today I saw several things not well maintained. I originally pulled into the middle stall. I had to move to the last one as the dollar machine to accept dollar bills was completely gone. So I moved to the next one & the clips to hold your truck/ car mats were damaged and couldn't hold them properly for cleaning. I went ahead and used the power washer & it did a nice job. I pulled forward to use the inner right vacuum & there was barely any suction so I didn't bother putting any more money in it. I won't return. Feeling extremely disappointed. Made attempt at washing car today. Placed $5 in machine and only able to get car rinsed and soaped. Something must have changed, as I usually can get my entire car washed, rinsed, and waxed for $5-6. Also disappointed with vacuum. Emptied van of all obstacles, including seats and made attempt at vacuuming a van that had already been prevacuumed at home. Spent $1.50 and job still unsatisfactory. No suction to vacuum.
