There was an incident at the bar over the weekend and the owner decided to respond with a racially charged message on FB. Message the owner:
"From today and this day forward there's no rap or Latino music on the jukebox at the Players Lounge I've tried to cater to every ethnic group and it has not worked I've done the best I can to make it a place for everybody to come hang out listen to what they want too but it's not working the music gets everyone amped up and I'm over it I'm done everyone told me that it wouldn't work but I had more faith in all of u than I should have from now on it's country music and rock and roll here and that's it and there is a dress code from now on pull your pants up and put your hats around forward"

This upset me very much and I have contacted the ADA and VA about this issue and I’m waiting to hear back about what...
Read moreI've been before and was happy about the mixed crowd, and the mixture of music being played. But was very offended to see the post written on FB about not playing hip hop and latino music. So if you feel catering to a particular crowd will help your business go ahead and do so but I'll keep my dollars out of your...
