I called first thing this morning to get an appointment for a nail trim. I explained in detail that my dog is not a huge fan of nail trimmings. The lady on the phone explicitly told me to walk in anytime after 2pm so that they would have enough groomers to team up and trim his nails. I reiterated that he is not fond of this process, I was ASSURED that they could get it done, no problem! I did exactly as directed, showed up at 2:30. The lady came to get my dog walked him back. He had some hesitation with getting on the bed. The other lady stepped in to assist by placing another lead on my dog and yanked him around. Her actions were rather abrupt and aggressive. Spooked my dog. My dog was then yelled at “to get down from there” and yanked AGAIN. The first groomer looked me dead in the face and said “you’re going to have to take him to a vet. This ain’t worth $20!” I am a very understanding person. The aggressive behavior and snippy side comments were absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. Had their demeanor towards my 9 year old dog been more appropriate he wouldn’t have behaved this way. This facility has trimmed his nailed TWICE before in the past. We left discouraged and drove up the street to another groomers not even five minutes away and the dog did great! No problems whatsoever! If you love your elderly doggo, do not...

I’ve only ever used Cut-N-Strut to groom my dogs and for MANY reasons. Price is unbeatable for the amount of care they put into my pups. My husky and shiba are not easy to groom but they are always kind and gentle to my dogs. They are pretty flexible with last minute appointments which is a big help for when I forget to get my dogs in. Most recently I knew my dogs would be the last ones picked up for the day but was met with a smile and very kind Jen when I picked them up almost two hours after closing. She understood my dogs didn’t enjoy being kenneled and gave them some treats and loving outside of the kennels while I made my way to pick them up. I’ll never take my dogs...

I take my dog to Jen and she does an incredible job. Max is always excited to go and he comes out smelling clean and looking amazing. I’ve spoken with other customers and everyone seems extremely happy with the services of all of the dog groomers here. I tried other dog groomers and they told me Max did not behave well and that was why he didn’t get a bath and they were not able to groom him.
