Called in the auto prescription appt but it couldn't locate one of my prescription so it automatically transferred me to a live person. I talked to a technician named Michael. The entire time given him my RX #'s (had 5 to fill) he acted very frustrated and impatient that i had additional meds. Because of his rudeness I asked for his name and his reply was "for the 3rd time it's Michael do you want me to repeat it for the 4th time!!!"

I asked to talk to his manager, Brian and he was just as rude.

They can't seem to charge the correct/cheapest price when they look at Dillon's form of Good R/X, Good R/X & your personal insurance price even if you tell them what to use!! They screw my R/X price up most of the time. Been a frustrating ONGOING battle. Sucks. I'd have given less ⭐ but they're usually friendly. - It's been approx 8 months since I wrote this review now. It got better for a short time but it's back to the same ol no price comparison style again. Maybe she was new & needed more training who knows. Had I not caught it I'd be out $15. I think we can ALL agree every little bit...

Today I was at this location while in town. Toby was working the self check out lanes and I am so impressed with this young man. He is pleasant and professional. I actually dropped a carton of pop and as it sprayed everywhere, he was so kind and helpful. His ability to flow from one customer to the next and handling each challenge with absolutely the most positive attitude. What incredible customer service! P.S. I will try to be less high maintenance on my next visit. Bless you Toby for your kindness. You are a breath of fresh air! Keep up...
