I called the day before my appointment and several times clearly said that I needed to leave my dog the next day for a few hours because I had a car mechanic appointment. We set up a time for a meet and greet to make sure my dog would do ok. When I arrived the meet and greet part went fine. However, the guy was unconcerned and dismissive that he had screwed up and had not put in the appointment I had repeatedly asked for so I could leave my dog and go to my car appointment. When I tried to find out how this problem was going to get fixed he got grouchy and just claimed a miscommunication even though it was 100% his fault. He did not care. The second photo is Roxie and her playmate Bailee chillin' out after a morning of chores and playing. Roxie is a great addition my the family and wants for nothing. Read moreK9 Konnection is absolutely outstanding. After a terribly disappointing experience with a small dog rescue in Phoenix, a friend did us a huge favor by recommending this place.
The facility is modest but the people there, most of them volunteers, clearly love dogs and are dedicated to their work. We were impressed at the way they interacted with the dogs and at the way we were treated. To top it off, the cost of adopting a dog there is less than elsewhere.
