Let me start by saying that the sole and only positive thing about this experience was the desk staff. They were pleasant throughout. Other than that AVOID AVOID AVOID!
I'll start with my one word summary "filthy". This hotel was not just dirty but in fact filthy. I arrived late (9pmish) and checked into my hotel room but had to immediately leave to handle some personal business. On my return I fell into bed and went to sleep. When I awoke the next morning I sat up to get out of bed and my barefoot crunched down on the dry, desiccated carapace of a large cockroach. It was clear that it had been dead and in that position for some time. I recoiled, as one might expect greeted with such and unpleasant experience first thing in the morning, to the far side of the bed. Looking down to get out I noticed that the carpet between the bed and the wall was strewn with dirt, dust and detritus. Among some of the unpleasant elements included a fist sized ball of brown human hair and what may have been old rice, and clumps of what may or may not have been literal dirt. Only then did I look around to see the stains and discoloration on the comforter, sheets, pillows as well as the splatters on the mirrors and the dirt on the windowsills and surfaces.
I skipped my morning routine and packed up my things and went to the front desk. I asked to be relocated to another room owning to the lack of cleanliness in the one I was given. The front desk accommodated that request but the new room on the second floor was only a marginal improvement. Even the "fresh" room was still very dirty, dusty, and worn. The windowsills were dirty and the air conditioning unit was coated in a greasy layer of dirt. I began to call around town seeking alternative accommodation but there were no other rooms available at the last minute. Thus I was stuck. On my return to the room that evening the chill outside necessitated turning on the heat and to my horror it belched forth a variable cloud of dirt and dust and scattered it across the nearest bed.
The breakfast the first day consisted of eggs that could have doubled as rubber Frisbees for frisbee golf and barely enough milk to dampen a small bowl of stale corn flakes.
The second day breakfast was littler better serving the same rubberized eggs, "sausage" pucks hard enough to be used in a hockey game, and I'm fairly certain that the "coffee" noxious enough that I'm certain violated several international arms treaties. Going for the cereal (seemingly the only safe choice) I was told that they were "out of milk". Considering that cereal was literally composed a full third of the breakfast offerings this seems an insane oversight!
In summary this property makes a mockery of the name "Quality Inn". At more than $350 for the stay you cannot even call this "Value Quality Inn" and perhaps a better moniker is "No Quality Inn". Not only will I be NOT recommending this property but will be actively telling people to avoid this experience...

Read moreMisleading, outdated, and unacceptable — I didn’t lie, this was our experience.||Upon arrival, it was immediately clear something was off. The parking lot had no space for a large U-Haul (something many road travelers depend on) and—more concerning—there were no visible handicap-accessible parking spots. That alone was a red flag, but it was late, and we had no choice but to stay the night.||Walking into the hotel felt like stepping back into the early 1970s—but not in a nostalgic or retro way. The lobby was dirty and cluttered (see photos). While the staff at the front desk were polite, the overall condition of the reception area was unkempt and unprofessional. That should have been our warning sign.||We requested a rollaway bed, and while they did provide one, no one mentioned it wouldn’t fit in the room. It was too large to place safely, making an already cramped space even more uncomfortable. The room itself had outdated furniture, stained carpeting, and an overall musty feel, reminiscent of the '70s.||The next morning, things got worse. I went down expecting the basic "free breakfast" amenities—maybe some orange juice. Not only was there no juice, but there was also no milk with the cereal. I settled for a yogurt, grabbed an extra one for my son, and went back to the room. He took one bite, said it tasted strange, and checked the expiration date. It had expired jun 24th, and the date was July 1 (see photos).||I immediately brought the unopened yogurt back to the front desk. The staff member apologized and said he’d “look into it,” but offered no replacement, no real apology, and certainly no gesture of goodwill like a room discount or even a safe replacement snack. Nothing. That’s not just bad service—that’s dangerous.||This hotel’s online photos and advertisements are completely misleading. Our experience was not exaggerated, and I’m not being dramatic—this is what happened. This place is outdated, unsanitary, and unsafe. I wouldn’t recommend it to my...
