If you're on the fence about getting a new ball here's you sign to do it. I've been using an old AMF (so old they don't make balls anymore) and finally decided to upgrade, I switched to the new performance fit and couldn't be happier. After Steve's wonderful instruction on how to acclimate to the new release, my 2nd game with the new ball I threw a 280, I'm a 174 average bowler...

Experience was fast, my ball was ready in 1 week. They are super knowledgeable, I walked in with no notion of what ball to get and Steve helped me decide on a Storm Phase 2. They got my fit perfect on the first try even though I was a little apprehensive about it since it's very different than the traditional grip.

Steve helped me find the right fit and drilled my ball for me nicely! He is very knowledgeable on the topic and his shop is clean and organized. He had some extra work to do, so I hung around the shop and watched him drill some of the bowling balls. It was pretty cool seeing the technology involved. My son ordered me a new bowling ball for Christmas with drilling included. I dropped the ball off on Friday night to the pro shop. On Saturday morning Steve called and said he wanted to confirm my measurements. Steve was amazing allowing me to come in prior to the shop opening just so he could make sure everything was perfect.
